Piping shall be provided with flexible connections or other special fittings where necessary to prevent leaks caused by tanks settling. 57.22239 Actions at 2.0 percent methane (IV mines). Ground conditions that create a hazard to persons shall be taken down or supported before other work or travel is permitted in the affected area.
